I've read articles and watched videos about gynecomastia, but I've mostly seen it in obese people, and I was 55 kg (now I'm 65 because I train), but I mean, I'm not full. It is strange for me, because when I get cold and my nipples become normal, and the other thing is strange, how one is different from the other. But what makes me believe that it's not gynecomastia is that pressing them doesn't hurt, I don't have a gram of pain? Please if anyone is aware of the case tell me what to do and whether to seek medical intervention. Also, if you can tell me how much the operation costs (I'm not in Bulgaria, so I don't know how things are for health insurance funds and the like). I was your age - the nipples were not swollen but I had a ball in one breast. I went to the doctor and they told me it was a swollen lymph node, they gave me some pills and after a while I passed.
