Hello! I am 17 weeks ago, I had pain when swallowing and went to the doctor. There the woman told me that I had purulent angina and gave me a prescription. Then he checked my blood and looked at me in astonishment. He told me I had a slow heartbeat. I was left with my mouth open ... How can I be 17 and have heart disease. So today I went to a doctor (cardiologist) ... There they tested me on a machine and told me that I have 47 strokes in 1 minute, which is a small amount. This diagnosis is called sinus bradycardia and so ... They explained to me that if I exercise actively (as I do 4-5 times a week) it is normal, but I am very worried. If someone had the same problem or is just competent in my topic, please give me an answer;).

If the doctors told you it was normal, where's your problem? I advise you to go to a second cardiologist, but in general they are right - for sports people the pulse is like that. I was out of shape and I was raising my heart rate very fast, now I do cardio every other day and I have to increase my speed more and more to raise my heart rate above 150. ... Another solution would be for you to reduce the sport a bit ... don't put in movies - trust the doctors. They paid attention to you correctly, but when they tell you that everything is OK, why don't you believe them?
