Hello! I am a girl, 15 years old (almost 16) and I weigh 50 kg. Since until recently I took different pills, due to hormonal imbalance I gained weight, then I lost weight and the result is a relaxed body with stretch marks and cellulite. I don't look fat, I'm not fat. I am weak but relaxed. I go to the gym for 1 month, 5 times a week and I have a specific program written by my coach. I follow diets, do not eat jam, fried, do not drink soda for 2-3 months. BUT visible effect despite all this still NO? !? !? !! And the worst thing is that since I go to the gym, the cellulite on my legs has become twice as much (AFTER EVERY TRAINING I USE THE CELLULITE DEVICE - power plate!), Which I can't explain? My most important goal is to tighten my legs - my thighs and get rid of cellulite, and it is just the opposite? !! My question is WHY? !! What to do? And if I stop dieting and my strict food bans, will the effect come even more slowly, or because I go to the gym regularly, don't I have to be so strict with myself about eating? I ask mostly for comments, opinions and advice from people who are inside with this. Thanks :)

In general, cellulite is something very persistent and once it appears it will be very difficult to get rid of it. You don't think it's happening anymore - it's like that. But rest assured, this is due to the procedures and fitness. Cellulite, as you know, is deep under the skin, fitness and procedures make it a higher layer and so it disappears gradually. However, I do not know to what extent it is possible to disappear 100%. Keep training and don't neglect the instruction program. Anyway, this is not magic, there is no way a miracle can happen in a month, it takes a little more time, but be persistent. :)
