As it is said - Zdravko comes from health and you will always be healthy as they say :-) The fact that foreigners can not pronounce your name does not mean that you have to change it! :-) Just come up with a nickname and be called that!    Only a Bulgarian can do that ... Since you will introduce yourself with another name, you better introduce yourself with another nationality.

   I have always been annoyed by parents who in recent years have baptized their children with Western names - Mary, Anthony, Patrick, Beatrice, etc. It's all a matter of personal choice, but no one can convince me that these names sound more well from Mary, Anton and Peter, for example. You have a traditional Bulgarian name, which is nice and sonorous. Do not change it because of foreigners whose alphabets contain 25 letters each.    There is no way to change your whole name, you can only change a letter, nothing more. I tell you from personal experience! Changing the letter costs 50 leva, but you must have an objective reason in court why you want to change your name Success !!!
