Hello, for about 1 week I have had severe pain in the abdomen or just below the left side above the penis and I always have it after defecation. The pain is not unbearable but it is quite unpleasant. I was not in Bulgaria and I don't know what to do, whether to go back or see a doctor here. every other day, but the pain bothers me, I have blood from an external hemorrhoid, which sometimes bleeds from it, but only when I have constipation. share! And what are you waiting for? From the internet I read, go to the doctor immediately! I think it may be a ruptured appendix, and sitting with it all week is awful. Wait a little longer, and it will be fatal.
