Hello, I apologize if there is already such a topic. But I'm very worried, my hair has been dripping terribly for 2 years. Basically, I haven't dyed for 12 years, I wear henna and I've never had problems with my hair. Viangi was healthy and thick. I eat and drink 2 liters of water a day, I only have a little trouble sleeping. Please if anyone has experience in dealing with hair loss give me advice. I'm 25 years old, I'm about to have a wedding next year and I don't want to be without hair :( I'm terribly scared.

Hello! Regarding the tests, I don't know exactly what rules you have, but it's good to have female and male hormones and your thyroid examined. The more complete the research, the more the chance of finding out what the problem is. Go to a dermatologist to examine you thoroughly and decide exactly what tests to prescribe. Two years is quite a long period of hair loss, to explain it with stress, emotional instability, change of seasons and various other reasons that are sometimes cited as a reason for hair loss. Consult as many specialists as possible until you find out the reason.
