Sevak Khanagyan is a Russian singer of Armenian origin and songwriter. Many domestic music lovers know Sevak for his participation in the Russian TV shows "Main Stage" and "Voice" and in the popular music project of Ukraine "X-Factor".

From an early age, the boy was imbued with a love of music: the child's father performed various folk melodies in the family circle. When Khanagyan first heard the Armenian song "Sev sev acher", which Russian listeners know as "Black Eyes", he began to ask his dad to teach him how to play the composition on any musical instrument.

So, already at the age of seven, Seva Khanagyan first took a lesson in playing the synthesizer, and soon entered a music school, where he attended an accordion class for many years.

After the seventh grade, Sevak and his family moved to Russia. He studies at the Kursk College of Culture, and after graduating from this educational institution leaves for Moscow and becomes a student at the Maimonides State Classical Academy. Khanagyan continues to study music at the pop-jazz department and in 2014 receives a graduate diploma from the Faculty of World Musical Culture.

At the beginning of 2015, Sevak participated in his first TV show, which was the "Main Stage" project. On the air of this program, he sang the song "Dancing on Glass" by Maxim Fadeev and got into the group of this producer. Khanagyan in the reality show only reached the ¼ finals, but was pleased with the participation, since he was initially tuned in to development in a creative way.
