Seryozha Local (real name - Sergei Alexandrovich Fedorovich) was born in the city of Kirov on June 19, 1989. The boy was eight years old when the family moved to Togliatti, Samara region. Considering that Sergei's childhood fell on the 90s and the devastation that followed the period of perestroika, the boy's parents plunged headlong into the financial support of the family, and there was little time left to raise their son.

The move was not easy for Sergei: the boy had a hard time parting with his friends, the period of adaptation to the new city, school, teachers and classmates was even more difficult. Against this background, the boy's relations with his parents deteriorated and his school performance declined.

At the age of 14, Sergei met his first youthful love, which he successfully clothed in the lyrical texts of future songs. Soon the guy found new friends and like-minded people, with whom he rapped together. However, as time went on, friends grew up, entered universities and began their labor activity as ordinary managers and economists. And only Sergei, who by that time had already finished school number 14 in the city of Togliatti, was haunted by the dreams of the glory of the hip-hop performer.

Having received a certificate, the young man could not decide not only with a university, but even with a future profession. Parents insisted on getting a serious profession, and the son dreamed of the scene when the summons came to call the guy into the ranks of the Russian army. After serving in the North Caucasus, Fedorovich matured and finally decided on what he wants to devote his life to.

During the period of service in the armed forces, the young man matured, his firm life principles were formed. The nature of the poems, which Fedorovich continued to write away from home, also changed. In addition, a tattooed inscription appeared on the hand of the future musician, which read: "No sooner said than done."

Seryozha Mestny's real musical career began in 2008, when Fedorovich joined the group called "Course". At first, the guys performed on the streets of the city and at friendly parties. Soon, the work of "Course" attracted the attention of novice producers, and their songs became more and more popular.

In 2011, the group changed its name, now the group performed under the name "Gamora". In the same year, the guys recorded their debut album "Vremena", but it did not bring popularity to rappers. But a year later, in 2012, Gamora released the EP No. 2, which became much more successful. 

The collective gave its first concerts in small provincial clubs, performed "as an opening act" for more famous performers. But the test of glory "Gamora" did not pass. In the summer of 2012, the team had a conflict with one of its members, Serega Lin, related to the distribution of finances.

After the breakup of the group, Sergei took up a solo career and even recorded several songs together with more famous rappers - Dj Benny and others. But realizing that his opportunities were limited in Togliatti, the aspiring rapper moved to Moscow. The incentive to move was a private conversation with a famous colleague from Moscow, Ptakha, who offered his help and cooperation to Fedorovich. 

Already in 2013, Seryozha Mestny signed a contract with the recording studio "TsAO Records" and began work on the creation of the first full-fledged solo album. For a number of compositions, the rapper shot clips that fell to the liking of the first fans of Fedorovich's work. His early work was perceived by the public as a hip-hop adaptation of the artist's biography.

A number of songs by Seryozha Local touches on the topic of drug use, which is also popular in the work of other rappers. There is information in the media that all members of the Gamora team used marijuana to enhance their creative potential.

In 2013, Local released a third album called "Alternately". The tracks recorded within the framework of the album are characterized by deep bass and vital themes of the lyrics, but the author himself considers this work to be unsuccessful.

A few months later, Fedorovich released his next disc - "Krugozor", which is a collection of previously known songs and new compositions. The fans praised the album as groovy and original.

Then, for three years, the rapper toured the country with concerts in support of already released albums and was preparing to record the next one. But it came out only in 2016 and consisted of only six compositions, including the popular "News by Cities".

Despite the autobiography of the rapper's creativity, Seryozha Local does not like to talk about his personal life. Once in an interview, he let slip that he plans to get married at the age of 27, but so far the performer has not married.

And given that Fedorovich also does not like to be photographed, there are no photos that would tell fans about the rapper's personal life on his VKontakte page. Now, according to Fedorovich, he is not interested in family and children, but in a musical career. In his free time between concerts, the young man visits the gym, watches football broadcasts.

2017 was a year of rethinking for Seryozha Local. The rapper's work has undergone a number of dramatic changes. The topic of drugs has lost its relevance for Fedorovich, and the world has acquired colors. The new tracks differ from the previous ones with optimism and an adult, mature outlook on life. A number of songs from the 2017 album were recorded together with Kravets, Papa Paradox and other performers. The disc includes the popular tracks "Soldiers", "Everything is OK", "My Sky", in each of which the rapper shares his inner world.

In addition to his own solo career, Local collaborated with Darom Dabro, recording with him a duet a number of compositions for the album "Zh̕ ARCO".
