Sergei Bobrovsky is a Russian hockey goalkeeper who currently defends the colors of the Columbus Blue Jackets National Hockey League club. The goalkeeper is the first and so far the only player from the post-Soviet space who has ever received the award for the best goalkeeper in the NHL.

Being a pupil of his native Novokuznetsk Metallurg, Sergey Bobrovsky made his debut for this club. For the main team, the hockey player first entered the site at the age of 18, and a year later he often appeared from the first minutes of the match.
