First, if you have inflammation, do 2-3 months max (maybe 1) of various procedures such as peeling and the like. It lasts 30 minutes and is a smear with various masks and creams and the like, which of course is completely painless, except that it stings, but it is not a pain to die. Depends if your face is very sore (they have to decide). You may need 2-3 procedures, but if the inflammation is more, it may be 5-6. One procedure costs 70-80 leva. If you can afford it, go or start collecting money and for example, after 1-2 years, if, God forbid, the inflammation is gone, you go, but no longer for peeling, but for a laser procedure, which is quite expensive, but after that the scars almost disappear. The procedure is a bit more time consuming, they will explain to you if you go, and it costs from  200-300 to  700-800 max (depending). I hope I helped. Ordinary ointments will not help you with the holes. Blackheads are fixed only with gentle squeezing, which you can do yourself after a steam bath. Regular cleaning is required. For the pimples I have been using Acne Out Active for 10 years, I also send it to friends abroad. It does not cure acne forever, but with prophylactic use, I get only 3-4 pimples before it comes to me. It is also very effective after shaving or any other type of hair removal.

   Deep chemical peels would work well for you. They smear you with an acid that literally burns the skin, you will feel burning, but be patient. Then the next day you will feel your face tighten and after another day it will start to peel slightly. And so on until the whole face is peeled.
