Scabies, Allergy, Neurodermatitis, Hydroallergy, Fungus Or WHAT?

The Story

Hello! I read your shared stories quite often, even I have shared my own, but the moderators have never published them. But now I ask that my story be published. Taa ... to my problem. I have been in a relationship for 3 years. Until 2 of them, everything was fine until last summer. Then, for the first time, small pimples appeared between the fingers, legs, abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and on the groin. They were accompanied by very severe itching, and those on hand had water. We immediately visited a dermatologist, who assured us that it was scabies. He prescribed us a treatment, which consisted of a preparation for external use (ACAROL). After three days of treatment of the whole family (both mine and his, although they were not affected) we were asked to wash at high temperature all clothes, linen, bed linen, as well as to clean the furniture. We did everything very strictly. Fortunately for us, the treatment was successful or maybe we thought so. My friend went abroad. During the whole period of his absence we were both fine, there was no trace of such a painful "rash". But the moment he returned, the pimples reappeared ... torment followed ... torment and torment again. In the period when we were together, we both had pimples. When the moment came when we were separated, everything was fine. And so to this day. We got together 2 months ago and hell started again. I started going crazy to the doctors. I heard so many different opinions. An allergist is testing me. I was allergic to all pollen, moisture. According to him, the pimples were not allergic in nature. My gynecologist ruled out sexually transmitted diseases (which makes me very happy), but according to her, it was possible that I was allergic to my partner's sperm (no tests followed). My personal doctor said the first time that she was on nervous ground (neurodermatitis), but the second time she decided that she had not said such a thing and that it was from the sweating of her hands and body (hydroallergy). My friend's personal doctor's opinion differed radically. According to her, mine are one and they are contact dermatitis, and his on the body are one (not specified what they are), and on the hands are fungi. (mine and his apparently looked the same). He prescribed Lamisil spray for external use, but alas, it didn't work. I visited a dermatologist-venereologist. I shared everything in great detail. At first glance, she said it wasn't scabies, but later decided it was incognito scabies. He prescribed me treatment again with ACAROL because I mentioned that this is the preparation we used originally. But along with the scabies drug, she prescribed me anti-allergy pills, which completely showed me that she didn't know what she was treating, and she hoped one of the two would hit the tithe. And today I am with these pimples again. I can't describe the discomfort they cause us. We can not sleep from this itching, even our sex life is minimized. I am on vacation now, but in a few days I will start school. After all, I communicate with a sufficient number of people there, and I literally do not stop scratching like a toad. And this year I will have a prom. I don't want my dress selection to include a head-to-toe cover. I forgot to mention that my friend works with fuel, but uses gloves (personal, no one else has used them). Each doctor's examination ended with a laugh and a joke like, " as well as an unpleasant skin condition. Please, if any of you have had a similar problem, please share how you got rid of it. I can't give a logical answer to why we are only like that when we are together. I do not want and we would not separate, but it is already becoming a pain for our relationship.
