Ruptured Blood Vessel In The Nose

Hi, I'm a 15-year-old girl with a relatively nice face, but I'm obsessed with squeezing her right away when a small black dot appears, and it so happened that I squeezed my nose quite often and I obviously did something. There was redness without relief, there is simply no pimple, only red as a healing pimple, but it has been standing for months and I looked on the net and realized that it was a ruptured blood vessel on the nose and that it never goes away on its own! Now I want to ask something, I live in a small town where there are 2 beauty salons, but when I say really they are fake and there is no way to apply the method with the needle with electricity, and I do not have the means to go to another city. At the moment it is closed with PDT, but I can't go with PDT all the time, I want to ask if anyone knows something like folk medicine or something like that to get rid of it because I can't stand it, and I am very white and my whole face is white and suddenly a redness on my nose and I am like a witch!
