Hello. I am an 18-year-old girl, 170 and I am currently 56 kg. The weight is perfect for my height, but it doesn't suit me because I have excess fat. From the beginning of the year I stopped all jam, bread, dough and fried. I train 5 times a week at home (I do exercises). But for me this is not enough, because there are 2 months left and the weather is starting to warm up. We have an exercise bike in us and I can ride it whenever I want, but I can also burn fat all over my body by running 3 times a week - that makes me hesitate. I need to lose weight around the pelvis and upper thighs ... this is my only drawback. What would you recommend - whether to run outside for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week, continuing my diet and exercise at home or to ride the ergometer again for 20-30 minutes, but more times a week? Also, what exercises are suitable for burning fat and tightening the thighs? I do enough Lunges, Squats, Bridges, but I need more .. Thanks for your time.

I would recommend running. The exercise bike is for the winter and you can't run outside.
