I'm a woman and since I can remember, especially in the summer, my skin starts to get rough and my heels don't crack, but some cuticles stick out and get stuck in everything. If I pull one, it becomes deep and uneven on the surface of the heel, if I cut them, they stick out again and hang. I've tried pumice, I don't see much effect, and I have a big tickle and I have a hard time rubbing with pumice. I used a foot cream, it softens the skin, but then it dries again. I always wanted to have gentle and beautiful legs like the others, but alas. Do you have any ideas? Again, they are not cracked, but rough and peeling.

Smear them at night with coconut oil and sleep like that. They will be fine.
