The biography of Roman Lokimin, whom listeners know under the pseudonym Loqiemean, began on December 28, 1993 in the city of Tomsk, where the boy lived with his parents until he was 9 years old. Lokimin grew up in an interesting family - dad played in a musical group for some time, and mom was a dancer, so the boy's childhood passed in a creative atmosphere. Later, the family moved to Yakutia, but spent a little more than 5 years there, returning back to their small homeland.

Already in adulthood, Roman reluctantly recalls his childhood, claiming that his life was not the best for him. Despite some difficulties, the young man grew up curious, studied well and devoted time to creative development. During his school years, the boy was fascinated by music, his favorite performers were Lenny Kravitz, Kingdom Come and Metallica.

At the age of 13, Lokimin spent several months visiting his aunt in the capital. Returning home, he found that he had forgotten the game console. Aunt sent the forgotten thing to Lokimin by mail, attaching a disk with a program for creating backing tracks as a gift. From that moment on, Roman abandoned the game console, trying to figure out the program. Although the parents were surprised by the desire of their son, they did not interfere with the hobby, but, on the contrary, supported.

When the question arose regarding the creative pseudonym, the guy called himself Loqiemean. According to Roman, this is a fusion of the English words "lock" and "mean", which means "lock" and "keep in mind".

The next serial release of "Poves2ka" was originally conceived as a collection of tracks that respond to local events that are difficult to collect into a single concept. But Lokimin succeeded: the most unpleasant themes are concentrated in the mini-album.

In general, "Poves2ka", according to the rapper, are questions, the answers to which will appear in subsequent albums. The performer talks about drug addiction, problems of personal space, abusive relationships and the ridiculousness of modern standards.
