Biography
Roman Khudyakov is a Russian and Transnistrian politician. He began his political career in 2002, becoming the Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Public Movement "Eurasian Union of Pridnestrovians". And soon he headed the movement "Liberal Democratic Party of Transnistria", which was similar to the Russian party of Vladimir Zhirinovsky. At the end of December 2017, he announced his intentions to participate in the presidential elections.
fact
Childhood and youth
Roman Khudyakov was born in Tiraspol in a family of ordinary workers - Svetlana Petrovna and Ivan Fedorovich Khudyakov. Immediately after school he went to the army, served in the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation in Transnistria.
Roman received two higher educations. In 2011 he received a diploma from the Moscow Institute of Management and Service with a degree in organization management. And in 2013 he graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Transnistrian State University, becoming a specialist in the field of political science and sociology.
fact
Policy
Khudyakov made his first steps in politics back in Pridnestrovie, heading in 2002 the “Eurasian Union of Pridnestrovians”. In July 2003, he became the leader of the republican movement "Liberal Democratic Party of Transnistria". The party includes supporters of the Russian LDPR party. By the way, she copies it in many ways and actively cooperates with it.
Since 2006, the "Liberal Democratic Party of Transnistria" received the status of a political party, and Roman was elected its chairman. In the same year, Roman Ivanovich entered the Council of People's Deputies of Tiraspol. Since 2004, Khudyakov has been a member of the team of Vladimir Zhirinovsky. He several times acted as the candidate's confidant, and was also his assistant.
In 2011, the politician participated in the Duma elections from the Pskov region. But he did not get a seat in the Duma. Soon, Alexei Ostrovsky was appointed governor of the Smolensk region, as a result of which one seat in the State Duma was vacated. The LDPR faction decided to give Ostrovsky's mandate to Khudyakov.
In 2016, the term of stay of the deputy Roman Khudyakov in the Duma ended. Due to the fact that the LDPR faction refused to nominate Khudyakov for a new term, there was a conflict, after which Roman Ivanovich decided to participate in the primaries from the United Russia party. He did not win, plus everything, he was expelled from the Liberal Democratic Party.
However, his activities in the State Duma were not so noticeable and politically significant. There are a lot of photos on the network in which Khudyakov was captured during the Duma meetings - he laughs at what he saw in his smartphone, then he demonstrates a flash drive pistol to his colleagues.
The situation with the "flash drive" occurred on November 21, 2012. His performance scared many. Right at the meeting, he pulled out a miniature pistol from his pocket. Of course, he immediately dispelled all the fears of the deputies, announcing that it was made of rubber, and even a flash drive. This was done in order to convince colleagues of the necessary legalization of short-barreled weapons.
In July 2014, Roman Khudyakov found himself in a funny situation again. He said that there is pornography on the 100-ruble bill, and this falls under the letter of the law number 436-FZ "On the protection of children from harmful information." According to him, Apollo, standing on the building of the Bolshoi Theater, has genitals visible. He wrote about this to Elvira Nabiullina with a proposal to change the design of the banknote.
Of course, his initiative was not supported. The experts ruled that, although the bill can be formally recognized as a product containing information of a pornographic nature, its replacement would be economically unjustified. To withdraw from circulation all 100-ruble bills and issue new ones instead, the Central Bank will have to spend a colossal amount of money.
In 2014, the Khudyakov family was provided with a "deputy" apartment of 169.5 sq.m. By the way, Roman Ivanovich was among those deputies who refused to leave their homes at the end of its convocation.
In 2015, he became a candidate for governor of the Tambov region. But in the end, in the ranking of candidates, he became only the third. The victory was won by the representative of "United Russia" Alexander Nikitin.
In July 2013, Roman Khudyakov was attacked. There was a conflict on the road, because of which the deputy was beaten by the Dagestanis. He was taken to the hospital unconscious. The attackers were soon arrested.
However, this is not the first such situation with Roman. Back in Transnistria in 2011, Khudyakov was attacked by criminals, they pulled the politician out of the car, undressed and took him to the city of Rybnitsa, where they left him. The attackers were never found. Many people connected the incident with Khudyakov's business - at that time he was the director of Pridnestrovie Trading House LLC.
On September 18, 2015 Khudyakov became a victim of robbers - all bank cards, 250 thousand rubles and 5 thousand euros were stolen from his car.
fact
Personal life
Roman Khudyakov is married. He and his wife Alesya Shestakova have four children - three sons and one daughter. It is noteworthy that their wedding was attended by the leader of the LDPR party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
The politician is a frequent visitor to social networks. He has accounts on Instagram and VKontakte. He regularly uploads family photos, shares footage from political TV shows.

Roman Ivanovich Khudyakov submitted all the necessary documents to the CEC, and the campaign headquarters said that Khudyakov's representatives had collected 105,000 signatures.
On January 22, news appeared on the CEC's official website that Khudyakov had withdrawn his candidacy in favor of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
