Hello! I am 13 years old, I am 163/165 cm tall, I weigh 64 kg, I am full in the legs. I want to practice some sport, I go swimming and I wonder if a girl with my age, length and weight will have a problem going to rhythmic gymnastics for the first time. I was thinking of enrolling in sport dances or ballet, but for ballet you have to start at a young age, at least that's what I've heard ... I also liked boxing, but my parents are against it ... please help with the choice of sport !!! Thanks!!

Artistic dances and ballet are not for you - you are too heavy and already tall, and you do not waste so many calories. If you want to play boxing, but also Latin American or bg. folk dances are for you or just sign up for a fitness club. Swimming also doesn't burn a lot of calories, but keep up the good work, but don't eat a lot afterwards because you haven't burned a lot of calories. However, it is more important to change your diet - forget about sweets, pasta, chips, salads and soft drinks, juices - you know these things. Even without a diet, but if you eat moderately and healthily you will lose weight
