Research

The Story

Hi, I'm 23 years old, man, and I want to do some research, but I don't know which ones. I want to check mainly the kidneys and liver, as well as to be tested for diabetes. Complete blood count + standard urine test will give enough information All I know is that I have to check for elevated creatinine and urea. Anything else I need to add to the study? As for diabetes, is a single blood draw in the morning on an empty stomach enough to determine if I have it? That is, if the blood sugar in the morning test is normal, does this rule out diabetes or do several checks during the day? And is it possible to check the level of magnesium and B6 with a blood test? I also want to run some hormonal tests, but again I don't know exactly what I need. I will check the thyroid hormones for sure + total and free testosterone, and should I add anything else? For example insulin, cortisol, it has a lot of hormones, do I know exactly who to test ... I have complaints such as chronic fatigue, tendency to depression, apathy, decreased appetite, sleep problems and I want to know if I have a health problem or everything is in my head and these complaints are due to dissatisfaction with the life I lead. My suspicions of diabetes and kidney problems come from the fact that I have close relatives who suffer from both. And I check the hormones because of systemic stress and it is quite possible that it had an effect. So I decided to take matters into my own hands, but before that I still have to eliminate any healthy "gifts" received recently.
