At first glance it sounds like a normal body, but no! The problems in the title are obvious and not only do they not get better (despite my efforts) but they also get worse. Stretch marks - the work is clear, they have no removal, most likely I will be left with some small complex. Cellulite - I do not know what to do. I train 5 a week (exercises for tightening the body + cardio, my training is about 1 hour), I drink a lot of water and I try to eat as healthy as I can, although this cannot happen because I lack the will, and then the conditions to create a fairly normal menu. And yet, against the background of my daily life, which I do not spend at home, and I'm constantly on the move, I don't think I'm eating so unhealthily. I don't eat pizzas, donuts and the like, but on the other hand I occasionally eat a sandwich from the fast food restaurants, because it doesn't leave me time for anything else (I work as you can guess). At least once a day I eat something healthy, cooked, but I can't eat all day only with what I cooked today or yesterday, it becomes too monotonous. The belly - I've had it all my life, it's not big, but I definitely have excess fat that has never disappeared, as far as I can remember I have a belly. The slings - I got them about 1-2 years ago and since then they have not moved, neither become bigger nor smaller. I tried to remove the belly and slings through modern procedures, as stupid as it sounds, the effect was minimal, and people's opinion is: that these are not fat, but excess skin / thick skin, which I think is nonsense of course. During puberty I was overweight, then I grew taller and had a period in which I looked quite thin, but unfortunately I became too obsessed with diets, diets, sports and ruined the little I had. I got stretch marks in this period of my life, of constant weight loss and weight gain, due to constant attempts at new diets, regimens, etc. And last but not least, the dream of the perfect body, which never came. Girls who eat completely garbage have perfect bodies and suddenly I look at myself, the girl who makes daily efforts to live healthy and has stretch marks, cellulite, belly, slings, etc., I don't think it's fair ... What would you advise me to solve these problems one by one, as much as possible of course. Everyone tells me: Maybe you have cellulite because you don't drink enough water, I drink at least 2 liters of water, as I said and I train, so I don't see where the problem is. You are probably exaggerating with these stories about a loose belly and slings, because as you admitted, you are complex on this topic, and complex people are ready to unlock their complex from the slightest imperfection. 2. You certainly don't train hard enough. As I say difficult to understand, not various squats only with the lever, or with two fives on the side, but at least 50-60 kilograms for 3 sets of 8 repetitions, which are completely normal kilograms for your height, weight and age. Separately, it seems to me that you do not give enough in the gym, because I have been training for 16 years and I can make a difference between girls who just kill time in the gym, fearing to catch more than 2 kg. dumbbell and lift something heavier than the barbell lever, and such who really give their best and give 100%. 3. This lack of cooking time is complete nonsense and myth. Yesterday I prepared a meal for the whole week for 4 hours. Emmy, you can't have 4 hours for a whole week so you can't cook. Another question is if you want to eat something different every day - then it becomes much more difficult, but not impossible. 4. If you consume more calories than you expend, you will gain weight, whether you eat kebabs and meatballs, or a tender duck fillet on a quinoa canapé with an avocado dip for decoration. 5. You say that food is the most important thing - this is the truth! Even 1 sandwich not a week, but a month interferes with your results, what is left for 2 per week? And speaking of sandwiches - what's stopping you from making a sandwich of 2 wholemeal slices of bread with 2 eggs and an avocado? This is a very typical idea for a "sandwich" type breakfast, which takes you literally 2 minutes to make. Well, first you have to boil the eggs, but by boiling 10 eggs you have for 5 whole snacks, if you eat 2 per meal. 6. You must overdo the tasting of salads and / or other dishes. These are absolutely empty and unnecessary calories, which many people do not realize that they exist at all, but they are there, and unfortunately they are not insignificant. The difference between a salad flavored only with squeezed lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive oil (no more than 10 milliliters) and another, but flavored with all sorts of sauces, mayonnaise, oil and the like can be some 400-500 calories. 7. What does "mean" and whatever they want, but will always weaken - this is a gene that you can neither fight nor change. You will have to work much harder to look good than them, and that cannot be changed. 9. You can't get rid of stretch marks, they will only fade, and I've only heard contradictory opinions about cellulite and I'm not at all sure that you really have a chance to get rid of it even partially. If you train hard and achieve, there can be a significant improvement, but I do not guarantee that you can get rid of it, because as I said - opinions on the issue are contradictory. 10. In conclusion (that it took too long) I can advise you to eat properly and qualitatively, only good food. Also to start giving to the max in the hall without unnecessary excuses and fear of greater weight. And last but not least - don't think about it so much, enjoy life and learn to enjoy it, because beauty and a beautiful body are very often transient states (very few people look really good at 55-60 and up) , and if you get too complex and tormented by these imperfections of yours, you can get some depression or another unwanted condition, so give it a little more chill. :)
