First congratulations that you realize the harm of cigarettes and that you want to quit smoking :) There are few people who take the first step, and it is the most difficult ... "Whenever I stop = I fill them" - you suggest and program yourself - "now, when I stop smoking, I will gain weight, because last time I gained weight" - causal link. Well, yes, but there are no two things in life, every situation, although seemingly the same, is different. One of the basic principles in psychology is that everything we observe changes, and whenever self-observation of a natural process begins, it is disturbed. In the case of eating, you do not enjoy food, but you look at it as an enemy, because through it you gain weight. My advice is: 1. to get rid of these thoughts - eat, whatever you eat - mostly healthy foods - fresh salads according to the season, liquid foods in the form of soups, wholemeal bread, raw nuts, etc., but be sure to increase the intake of plant products that are rich in vitamins. C, because smokers are severely deficient in this vitamin. 2. stop counting calories, you are not a robot 3. love your body as it is 4. accept that you develop, therefore change, the skeletal system develops up to 25 years. age, so have more respect and patience for yourself, because there is no quick success, or if there is it is temporary :) from experience stop counting calories, you are not a robot 3. love your body as it is 4. accept that you are developing, therefore you are changing, the skeletal system is developing up to 25 years. age, so have more respect and patience for yourself, because there is no quick success, or if there is it is temporary :) from experience stop counting calories, you are not a robot 3. love your body as it is 4. accept that you are evolving, therefore you are changing, the skeletal system is evolving to 25 years. age, so have more respect and patience for yourself, because there is no quick success, or if there is it is temporary :) from experience

Sport, my girl, sport. Regularly and intensively. I haven't gained a single kilogram since I gave them up, but I'm already 32. If you exercise regularly, you shouldn't have weight problems.
