I turn to you for advice. It's about the woman cleaning our entrance. We are a small block of 6 apartments, we do not have a house manager. A neighbor brought a woman to clean the entrance. The woman said that she would come twice a month to the entrance to clean and the fees would be based on the number of people living in the apartment. Fees are collected by the neighbor and he pays the woman, I live on the top floor, and from the very beginning the top floor is crowded quickly, otherwise on the first floor at the neighbor everything is ok. I talked to him about it and with the woman too, she imitated cleaning. Now for two months he comes not 2 times, but 1 to clean. I noticed my neighbor's, but the woman did what she wanted. So what would you advise me?

Hello. Actually, I guess the woman is without a contract and accordingly there is no way to prove that she cleans or does not clean your entrance and especially your floor. Apparently by the time you get to your floor and it's all over already. And why not start cleaning from the top floor down? In my block so it starts from the top floor and down. And if there is no cleaning, she is not paid for her work. It's the housekeeper's job to keep track of things, but he's obviously her man, so he does what he wants.
