Question About Fitness

The Story

Hello, I recently started training in us with an 8 kg dumbbell, as well as push-ups and abdominal presses. I train mostly for relief. Gradually increase the repetitions and duration of training. I did not train on Saturday and Sunday, again tonight. My question is whether it is good to rest on Saturday and Sunday, and on weekdays to train without skipping and what is the most appropriate duration of such a workout
