Hello! I'm interested in different push-ups to do because I don't have time for fitness at the moment and that seems like a good alternative. I've been doing push-ups for a long time, but I've always done them on my own. I also searched the net, but did not find satisfactory programs that would intrigue me. So I hope to get a few suggestions from the men here who do fitness or more intense sports. Thanks in advance!

You can't do a body with just 1 exercise ... At least find a lever and a parallel
