Have you used Propranolol for panic attacks If you don't know, this is a beta blocker that is also used to treat PTSD, a post-traumatic stress disorder. It is not clear how it works, but people who take it report significant reductions in anxiety levels. I'm starting to take it for my slight concern, as I've stopped all SSRIs, and benzodiazepines. The good thing is that it can be taken in large doses and is not addictive. If you have experience with it, share it.
