Problem With Motivation

The Story

I'm always lame to keep motivated for something for more than 1 month. I notice things that I don't like in myself and that change with time, training, learning, and so on, but I can't always keep the inspiration with which I start something. I need some advice on how to keep my motivation longer, how to turn depressive thoughts into motivational ones, how not to give up so easily and in general what to do. to change my way of thinking to something more positive not only for my spiritual health, but also for my physical one. Everything you find useful will be appreciated.
