Hello! I've had a problem with my phone for a few days now. The battery drops when charged. At first it was about 30%, but after I turned it on it dropped completely. I also changed the charger, but there is no change. The phone is not currently switched on. Do you have any ideas what this is due to and what I should do

Buy a new battery for your phone.
