Author, give yourself a kg. and height, we don't know now what proportions we are talking about. What is your BMI. "They say the baby is no excuse for trampling, right?" Because I now eat at 7 in the morning at noon at 12 or 13 and in the evening between 18 and 19. I eat healthily. Make up your mind - the extra calorie requirement of 1 pregnant woman compared to the non-pregnant end is only 300 calories! This is a waffle for you !!! You know how healthy you eat. Pregnant women also retain fluids, everything is strictly individual, but I think most of them fill up so much because they have limited themselves before and suddenly have a legitimate reason to cram like that, as they always wanted without feeling guilty and meeting the accusing glances of the people. In short - a person better to cure his gluttony beforehand, because he will explode with full force during pregnancy. The truth is that a pregnant woman should not eat for two. It is recommended for an elderly woman not to eat more than 2000 calories a day. The pregnant woman means 2300 calories - ie there are some 15% more! If you are full, you can afford not to gain more than 6 kg, which with the birth - the amniotic fluid goes away. If you are a thin woman - 12-15 kg. are eligible, 8 are required. Everything is relative, but it is a fact that women gain 20-30 kg and more. My mother was like that and she never lost those kilos, but she also ate to gain weight - it doesn't come from the air and it's not because of the child or the pregnancy. I was born over 4 kg. baby, which is a lot and predisposes me to diabetes, so be careful not to gain weight (BMI) - I'm 21 and do not relax) If you are full (fat) and do not like better FIRST lose weight, then keep your weight and find a diet in which you do not gain weight and then get pregnant, because if you gain weight now, I do not know as a pregnant woman what food will be. See in the hospital what balloons are rolling - 100% have gained about 40 kg. and up. These women also have problems with pregnancy and droi give birth to premature babies! "Well, can I not eat when I'm very hungry?" "I don't think the question here is whether to eat, but what to eat. 1 waffle is your 300-400 calories, but you can also eat 1 apple, which is 60 calories. It depends on you. Your stomach stays the same. It's up to you to trample it like a bagpipe. Being hungry in itself is otherwise not harmful even for a pregnant woman if she has reserves (bacon). If you can't find an apple, let's say, you'd better drink a glass of water and eat a normal meal when you get home, instead of stuffing yourself with fast food and waffles. I'm sure 1 hour of starvation is less harmful than any ingested waffle. I've watched pregnant women bend and hurt each other, and I honestly feel sorry for them. At the age of 20, I did not think about such topics, but looked at my figure and education (my ass). Today I am 28 and I am also thinking about pregnancy. I have some extra 4 kg. and I currently take them off with a fitness diet every other day. I tightened up and my body now looks like Cindy Crawford's, I'll spend the summer and then think about babies and pregnancies, God forbid. I have a scale, I will weigh myself and try not to overdo it. First I look for my rhythm of life and nutrition. I do not intend to gain more than 8-12 kg. At 6 kg, I will lose with the birth, then the retained water will be discarded, I will breastfeed for a while and only then I will think about my figure again, but during pregnancy I will not relax to eat things like fast food and sweet, salty and garbage, because I haven't eaten them for 1 year, I lost 6 kg. and I don't miss this garbage. I think it's hard when you eat a lot of food or unhealthy food to stop right during pregnancy, when you have a purely psychological reason not to forbid anything (completely false of course) but during pregnancy I will not relax to eat things like fast food and sweet, salty and junk, because I have not eaten them for 1 year, I lost 6 kg. and I don't miss this garbage. There is no problem to go to the gym to be pregnant, obviously, because I live abroad and I often see such women, but they are on cardio machines and do not do, for example, muscle training. However, there is a problem to work for a baby and want to lose weight, not to mention - to be pregnant and on a diet !!! You are only 20 years old, you have time. If you don't like yourself - lose weight, get in shape first, then get pregnant, because when you have some muscles and you will gain less weight during pregnancy, and it is not good for the baby if the mother is overweight. And again - pregnancy diets are completely contraindicated! In my opinion, pregnant women have nothing to do in the gym - there are all kinds of people there and you can get infected from something. Summer is coming, good time - go quickly to the park, so to speak, but I'm in your place if I had extra 12 kg. I wouldn't get pregnant right now. After pregnancy you will gain 30-40 extra pounds as you left and then you will already have health problems because of this. I know - you decide. In general - the idea of losing weight and having children / being pregnant is both absurd and downright sick.
