Postpartum Scars With An Episiotomy?

The Story

Hi, I'm still wondering how it would be better for me to give birth. At first I was sure that it would be 100% cesarean so as not to bother and not expand much in a normal birth, but when I started looking at the scars from a cesarean delivery I felt sick. They are much bigger rough and repulsive than I imagined, and I care a lot about my appearance and I would definitely not feel good with such a scar for life. I started researching how things are at vaginal birth and came across quite conflicting opinions about vaginal enlargement. Some argue that there is no change, others that they are narrower, and still others that they are wider. Also in how sex feels after a normal birth. It must be next to the man (and maybe next to the baby) ... I almost didn't come across the opinions of women who claim that they have remained drastically wider. And so the possible slight enlargement of the vagina now seems to me not so bad option. But it turned out that quite often in a normal birth an episiotomy is required (incision of the vagina, which allows the baby to come out easier if there is a problem). As far as I understand the incisions can be internal and external. The internal ones are probably just causing discomfort for a while.

The bad thing is that I could not find information about the outside, nor photos. And I imagine it quite scary and ugly (more than the section) and I wanted to ask if they leave visible scars after the external incisions and how bad they look? Also more or less what is the chance to get there? which allows the baby to come out easier if there is a problem). As far as I understand the incisions can be internal and external.
