Hello, a 16-year-old girl from Sofia is writing to you. About 5 months ago I had a dream that I had not dreamed for 1 year. It's a nightmare. I dream of a scary face that is the other way around and looks at me under a bed, starts to approach and then I dream of my limbs stiff. I wake up sweaty, my limbs tingling, and I start walking around the room like crazy. I have a fear of possible stiffness in my hands, and although they are not stiff, I feel quite real. A nasty heartbeat and difficulty breathing begins and I can't calm down for at least 15 minutes. The fear that overwhelms me, I can't even define it, I just know I'm afraid of something. Lately I've been finding myself panicking from repeating this one, and every time I think about it, I feel sick and I have this nasty feeling of fear again. I read on the internet about panic attacks, but I decided to ask you if anyone has had panic attacks I will talk to my mother, but at the moment I can't because she is out of the country. Hi, I had a similar problem with my brother. They fired a bullet at him and he recovered. Look in your city if there are no such people who pour a bullet :) I hope it helps you
