Hello! I've been worrying a lot about my health for a few days now and I have suspicions of pneumonia, but I'm not sure. Thursday was very cold, maybe one of the coldest days in November (-7 degrees) and I went out without a hat, I was outside for about 4 hours, I was warm for only 20-30 minutes and then cold again. Since then I have had something like a runny nose, but not exactly, it's just that my nose is very stuffy and it's hard for me to breathe through it, I don't have a cough, but my throat is slightly scratchy, I feel a little tired and my head hurts a bit. I'm very worried, but on another level I think that if something had happened to me so far, it would have been 4 days. What do you think it is? Cold or something more serious? Otherwise I'm 18 years old. | girl, if it matters.

Most likely a virus, I guess not bronchopneumonia, but it would not be bad to visit a doctor, I doubt you do not have sinusitis? So go to the doctor.
