Hello. I've been thinking about losing weight for a few months now, and I've finally decided to do something about it. I'm not fat, but 1-2 years ago I gained a little more weight (about 53 in height 165). I have a nice body and they are not visible. We talked to a few friends recently and when I asked them if I could lose 5-6 kilos, most of them said no - there was no place !! So ... I thought - the abdomen with abdominal presses will tighten it quickly, but the legs? However, I have a bicycle argument, but the fear is that if I start riding it, it will not affect my calves. They are relatively weak at the moment, but won't I gain muscle mass there? Otherwise, I know that I will tighten my body a lot if I drive it, and that's exactly what I need, but the calf problem stops me. So ... my questions are mainly: If I start riding the bike, will it affect my calves? If I bend with dumbbells (to tighten the abdomen and waist) would it also affect the calves? And since there are no thick calves in my gene at all, could I make them like that?

I have never understood people who pay so much attention to their body and even want to correct it with various exercises and diets. One cannot escape from one's body. Love it as it is, everything else you do on it is temporary and against the laws of nature. You have relatives, you don't know how long they will be with you, focus on that, because the body is up to date, like everything else. If you have a bad figure, you can't do miracles with it, you say you have a good figure, but keep it that way, don't eat too much and you're done.
