   It depends on the photographer, but it is done on purpose. This is how you make the subject stand out, you do not want people to look at the tree behind the subject, but the subject himself. Enhanced colors, depending on the HDR. These are a few photos taken with different settings, and combined for more prominent colors, shadows, etc. Or someone pulled the Vibrance / Saturation slider. Everyone makes them differently, for example I like the photos he described, but I can't reach them yet.

   And it annoys me when they defocus part of the picture.

   The author I was interested in why I like these things, because if they are in fashion, then they are liked. And since I'm thinking of buying a camera soon and uploading my photos, I was wondering if they would be liked and if it would make sense to do it given that I have a very different taste, not matching the current "fashion". I also don't know if I have a "feel", because I don't see a difference in the quality of the photos taken with an expensive and cheap camera. For example, for me everything above 12mpx makes equally clear and high quality photos, a difference can be seen if the photo is stretched on a very large screen, but at 17-19 inches there is no difference for me. The same can be said for whether the photo was taken with a compact FA or a DSLR.
