Hi I have a huawei p9 lite from April 2017 and it started with the problems: The first is that (for now it doesn't happen) that its sound stops by itself, If I listen to something on YouTube and suddenly the sound stops or if I listen to something in music it stops without anything to do What to do? And the second problem is that it "pauses", that is, if I play a video or a song it just pauses without doing anything in 1 second and I don't know what's wrong with it.
