The guy decided to become an artist and became one. First, he entered the cultural education school in Volgograd, and after graduation he went to Saratov. And such a great desire appeared to play what was read on stage or on the set that Zaichenko sent a letter to Shukshin with a request to make a staging of the work. The writer read the letter and immediately responded. He was just about to shoot the film Razin.

Vasily Shukshin liked the young colorful artist so much that he immediately added him to the Mosfilm database. But Pyotr Zaichenko did not receive a call to the shooting: 10 days after the meeting, the writer was gone. After 8 years, he was still invited to appear. In 1983, Vadim Abdrashitov's picture "The Parade of the Planets" was released.
