I have three types of disability with 68% disability, I go I can take care of myself, but I do not find that the healthy should understand me, I think that what they can do for me, even much more than they can, paying me 353 BGN per month and pension, free vignette, they pay me 100% car tax and cover part of the taxes on my home, as a homeowner, I park for free in the disabled places in the blue zone, I visit doctors, I stay in hospital for free 5-6 times a year, I have had two surgeries for free, I do not pay health insurance, etc. Considering how many citizens in Bulgaria work and how much taxes they pay, I feel bad. Because with 100% exceptions from the Bulgarian disabled we are in Bulgaria and we are waiting for someone to pay us all this, and more than half of the healthy went to pay taxes in Europe and support European disabled people, pensioners and governments. And so we hang on the few taxes paid in Bulgaria all the disabled wanting, but there is nowhere to get this money, because those working in Bulgaria are few and insured at low wages. Now I hear that the state will allocate money for ramps on the blocks, you send an application and they transfer money to you, you choose the company to make a ramp for you, it's great. As well as provide honey accessories such as wheelchairs and more. For the last few years, some groups, mostly young people, have been looking at me with the evil eye that I park in a disabled place and I can walk, but I don't find it necessary to introduce them to my illnesses. If I have been issued a disability card, then there is a reason. Yes, there is a different attitude towards people with disabilities. The attitude is bad and negative, or not at all. Our infrastructure is under criticism. People in wheelchairs do not have access to many institutions, and the curbs are very high, in many places there are no ramps, etc. The problem for me is mostly in our mentality. Bulgarians prefer to hide the problem under the rug, instead of trying to solve it. This is how we discriminate against our citizens on a daily basis. I remember years ago when I was a student, a ramp was made at the entrance to my school, but it was made in such a way and at such an angle to the door that a person in a wheelchair could not pass at all. But activity was reported and the money was collected, and who cares. It is the same with people with other types of diseases and needs. I've lived in England for a long time, and there are a lot of donation shops here. They employ mostly people with autism, retardation, difficult mobility and the like. That is, the state finds work for these people and integrates them into society. In Bulgaria, when will you see a person with this type of work syndrome - never. Because again our mentality is such that we try to hide the problem under the rug. It's the same with people with mental health problems. Many people with depression and the like commit suicide because no one treats them adequately. A person with some kind of problem tries to hide it because he is afraid of being rejected by society, so instead of being treated, he starts drinking. At one point, for example, he threw himself off the block, and everyone "just what this man did was supposed to be fine." I hope we, the younger generation, will change things. Because adults with this communist thinking,
