Hi! I've been 17 years old for some time (4, 5months) and noticed that on the inside of the cutie, right where the head of my penis covers, there are a lot of fine white things like dots. It does not it itches, it is not reddened, but let's say that 4, 5 hours after washing or bathing begins to appear an unpleasant smell. I am ashamed to go to the doctor and if someone has had a similar problem or knows what it is and how to remove it I would be very grateful to him.
P. S.: Still, if it is imperative to go to a doctor at a urologist or go to a skin venereal dispensary?

First, try changing the soap. I recommend tar soap (with natural pine tar). Mee nice with him head in the morning and evening, and you'il see a difference. Success.

White dots are not fungi. Fungi are not a common problem in men, and in the case of a fungal infection, the symptoms are severe itching and reddened skin. As you describe it, I think they're pearl papules, they occur in one-third of men, and they're not a disease, just a feature. Best consult your GP, he will tell you if you should see a urologist or a skin doctor.

From The Author: I went to a urologist. He said it's a normal thing a lot of men have, but that never explains the bad smell. I bathe every day, often twice. Washing soap could be the problem.
