The opportunity to show oneself in something larger than schoolwork was truly valuable for Pavel Parshikov.

With classmates, in view of the natural isolation, it was not possible to establish warm friendly relations, so the boy preferred to spend his free evenings alone with a fascinating book. After a hard day at school, the fantastic world of literature helped to relax and forget about pressing problems for a moment.
