I know flawless therapy: stay without anyone feeding you, paying your bills and caring for you. When you get hungry, you'il get up looking for a job.
In my opinion, it all starts with self-discipline. And it's built through habits. I've read how motivation works, I guess we all always make good decisions about our lives, but then we quickly give up on them and sink into our supposedly comfortable zone, where we are not comfortable. We dream, we know what we want from ourselves, we vow that from tomorrow we will act and often we do it and follow the plan for our change day, two, week, and then we relax again. Based on what I've read, motivation acts like a spark. It ignites our enthusiasm powerfully, but it quickly gets worn out. The way to continue to follow our decision after the motivation goes out is by making it a habit. And in order to become an action habit it must be performed every day and even best at the same time. According to psychology, action repeated 28 consecutive days becomes a habit. The other thing to consider is that one is the most highly motivated in the morning. That is, ideally, the new action should be among the first things we do after getting up.
I have tried the method and it works, I managed to put some useful habits into my daily life and i do not really think about it anymore and execute them with ease. The important thing is not to rush and to be permanent, but without being raped. You can't become a new person in one day or change all your habits in a month.
