In 2015, Chanyeol established himself as a serious actor by starring in the big movie Hello, My Love. Later that year, the boy appeared in the web drama "EXO Next Door" with his fellow group members.

Chanyeol didn't forget about music. He teamed up with Chen and Lay to create the Korean version of the song "Promise" for the reissue of EXO's 2015 album "Exodus". He later rapped for Lightsaber, a promotional single for Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015).
