Pant!

By erinkrakow October 30, 2020 10 answers Last updated October 30, 2020

Hello, at the age of 15. I am and I often suffocate. By panting I mean that in 5/6 minutes I have to take a deeper breath or stretch to pass until the next 5/6 minutes. I don't smoke and I don't know what it's made of. About a year ago it was there again, but it calmed down over time. Until 2-3 days ago it was not there and due to the sharp change of the weather it may have appeared from there. I am asking for advice and what could have happened. :)

Sleep more, start running, drink more water and everything will be okay :). There is nothing wrong with you :)

This may be a signal of serious illness. Don't be fooled into listening to what everyone is telling you and trying something. There are doctors, you will be tested, and how you are, we do not know if you are overweight. Engage in tourism and sports in nature.

Immobilization is the most likely cause! Gradually move and you will be fine!

Decreased hemoglobin, I guess. Do your blood tests.

I have the same symptoms, only where a few days ago my shortness of breath did not go away after a few breaths but lasted longer. And I've been like that for a few days since then, it's very unpleasant. I went to the doctor and it turned out that I had very low blood sugar levels. He told me to eat healthier and more regularly. When I gasp to eat something sweet, chocolate .. More peace and relaxation. I was also prescribed some mild sedatives.

I did it at your age for about 2-3 months, but it was a suggestion. I know a woman who did it at the age of 44 and suggested to herself that if she didn't do it, she would suffocate ... I had also made such a film. I hope you get better :) Try not to think about it just, there may be no reason to worry.

This is a harmless feeling and not to worry about. Everything is on nervous ground.

I am the boy who wrote the article. I am 1, 86/7 tall and I am 83 kg. :) I read some of your advice, I went to bed earlier and in the morning he was gone, and now he calms down and when I don't think about him I don't feel it that much. Thank you very much :)
