Panic Attack?

The Story

I have had a kitten for a week (several a month), we took him from the street, I took him to the vet and after we cleaned him of fleas, today for the first time I had to sleep in the same room with him. I'm afraid he'll skin me. Most of all, I'm afraid he'll scratch my head and face. I went to bed at 1 o'clock. I put him in his bed, he came up to me. I put it at my feet, and it started playing with them, sometimes climbing on me. I was scared because the blanket was torn. However, my mother told me that if I didn't pay attention to him, he would learn. I fell asleep somewhere around 3 o'clock, and by then the kitten had climbed up to my head 2-3 times and was playing with my hair.

At 4 o'clock I woke up a little because the kitten was playing with my hair again. I was very hot. I moved the kitten. However, I could no longer sleep. I cried because the kitten had to sleep in the same room as me. I panicked, my stomach clenched into a ball because I was crying. Then I cried a little, panting. My nose is blocked. After a while, I woke up completely because I realized I couldn't breathe. I inhaled and exhaled quickly and noisily through my mouth, but I felt as if I was short of air. I tried to calm my breathing, but I managed for a short time, and then I gasped again. I got out of bed. The kitten's left leg was numb and I was shaking slightly. I was dizzy, I had a sense of unreality. I managed to calm my breathing, but I felt like I could gasp again. Now, at 5 o'clock I have calmed down almost completely, but I am afraid to go to my room and go to bed so as not to gasp again.

I'm worried it wasn't an asthma attack or a panic attack. What to do? I will talk to my parents, but I would like to hear a few opinions.
