I have no knowledge of gymnastics, but I have trained a sport that requires flexibility and I have learned, if nothing else, at least how to stretch the tendons: You stretch while you feel tension, but not pain! In pain, the muscles tighten, as do the tendons. It will not happen with pain, and you may be injured. When the tendon is relaxed then it can lengthen and stretch. Get to the point of slight pain, but no more and little by little you will become more stretched and you will easily make twine and everything! USA
