Abe and I don't like sports at all, and do you know what kind of belly I have? :) I had it from eheeee - when I was your age. And now I have it, I've even completed it in time, with a beer here and there. I really wish I hadn't had it since then, but I'm fat, and I'm going to need a huge amount of willpower to change. There are many people who do not like sports, but still play sports - it is healthy, and if you become a habit / routine, one day you will thank them. Anyway. I can think of two ways to get your parents out of the idea of playing sports if they actually drive you so much: 1. Look for opinions from reputable people - such as a doctor at school, or one of the coaches whose sports you are enrolled in forcibly. Tell them in detail what exercises you do during the week at home, as well as what and how much you eat, ask them for their opinion on whether they are enough to keep you healthy. If they agree with you - here's a great reason not to go in for sports. 2. You take one meter and one GOOD scale (not to be one for 5 leva, because they are full of garbage and do not measure exactly). If you don't have one, make yours buy you. Once they have the money to enroll you in sports, they will also take such basic devices to keep you healthy. You start measuring yourself regularly (every day or every week, but the more often, the better). For example, when I was last inspired to lose weight, I weighed my weight and circumference every morning, and on top of that I calculated arithmetic averages for the week as a whole. I even used this calculator to check my muscle mass: http: // www. xenious. com / body_fat_calculator. php Yes! As long as you are in the column from the middle of "ideal" to the middle of "average" for% of body fat in your age group, no one can tell you a button! Being in the "weak" column is extremely dangerous for a child your age, however, and if the measurement shows that yours is too stressful for sports, you should tell them immediately. Because before the facts, the gods are silent.

Well, instead of hanging out at home, why not sign up for something really :) Do you know how many children want, but do not have the opportunity? And who knows .. you can find a cute boy in these lessons in swimming / dancing / tennis / handball / athletics <3 / volleyball / pilates ... and whatever else you choose ^^
