   The Veet is the best.

   I don't know exactly who Virgo you used, but I have been using Virgo with pine oil for years and I am very happy only with it and for the intimate area. The rest of this brand sucks. I can say that Viit depilated terribly pinched and made sores on my legs / at least on my skin /. They are also good on Steppe, but the hairs kill quickly. Each skin is different, try a few brands and see which one suits you. Due to lack of time I have already shaved my legs with the shaving attachment on my Brown epilator and they don't sprout until a week or so :)
