Olesya Gaevaya is a Ukrainian actress, singer and TV presenter, a participant in the TV talent show "Ukraine Does Not Believe in Tears." She rose to fame after filming the romantic TV series Winged. Olesya was born in Kremenchug, located in the Poltava region. She has a brother, Mikhail, who serves as an Orthodox priest. 

Since childhood, the girl was drawn to creative professions - she dreamed of becoming an actress, was engaged in dancing and vocals. For almost 12 years she studied dance: classical choreography, ballroom and folk dances, hip-hop and contemporary. Gayevaya was a member of the Slavutich children's group and a soloist of the Dnepr constellation show ensemble in her hometown, and later performed in the Gorlitsa ensemble in Kiev.

As a choreographer-ballet master, Olesya worked at the First All-Ukrainian Children's Festival of Beauty and Creativity "Maybutnu Land", which took place in Mariupol, was the director of the International Children's Festival in Macedonia, and also danced and herself staged numbers for the jazz-step-dance club "Millennium ".

After graduating from school, Olesya Gaevaya becomes a student at the acting department of the Kiev University of Theater, Film and Television named after Karpenko-Kary. During her studies, she collaborated with the New Theater in Pechersk, where she played Katerina Khokhlakova in the production of Dostoevsky's famous novel The Brothers Karamazov. In addition to the basic specialized education, the actress graduated from a specialized course held in the creative workshop of the Honored Artist of the RSFSR Natalia Varley, and for this she received an official grant to study in Moscow.

After a successful performance on television, director Lyubomir Levitsky invited Olesya Gayeva to try her hand at feature films. She agreed and starred in episodes of the youth thriller "Shadows of Unforgotten Ancestors", in which teenagers are faced with a manifestation of otherworldly power. In 2015, Olesya Gayevaya took part in the filming of a serial film about the life of flight attendants "Winged", which is an adaptation of the popular British project "Mile High", where one of the flight attendants Elena from the U-Light company plays. 

The picture turned out to be both romantic and dramatic at the same time, since the work of the girls is associated not only with travel and pleasant acquaintances, but also with a fairly high degree of stress. The heroine of Olesya is not a careerist, like many colleagues, she has other values ​​and goals, first of all - a family. The actress managed to convey this image in a quality manner, the series was a success with viewers, so the project leaders have already announced the filming of the second season of the series, which is scheduled to be released in 2016, and Olesya Gayevaya agreed to participate in the new part of the project.

Olesya Gaevaya is focused on her professional activities and career as a film actress, although she manages to combine intense work on television, filming in films and a lot of different hobbies. The girl is fond of yoga, horse riding, choreography, psychology, photography, and also tries to create in the genre of film criticism.
