A month ago I started a new job and it was the same, but I stopped eating bread and all kinds of pasta, because the work was entirely on the desk and I would gain weight ... Since I stopped bread and reduced sweets to 1 time a week, fat has decreased significantly. Sometimes I can't believe it. I used to look in the mirror 4-5 times a day, and now 2 or 3. I still have a little oily skin, but this is due to the fact that I have slings and I have to lose weight. Last time I was 74 kg, and I must be under 70. I am 173-174 cm tall, but for me this is the solution - to lose weight and not eat meager food. I eat cooked food, but I avoid adding sauces and sugar.
