I am an incredibly big fan of a European club team as well as a national team. I have always been fascinated by their mentality, philosophy and style. When these teams win, I feel like I've won. When they lose, I feel ruined. Years ago, these teams with their victories and character helped me get out of a very big depression. I said to myself, if they can, so can I. But lately, these teams have started to lose their big international matches and I feel totally broken. I wonder if there are others with a similar attitude or am I the only one? I know that it is not normal for the success of some teams to determine a person's mood, but for me it happens that if they are not, I am in permanent depression. They also helped me overcome an alcohol addiction.

The attraction to something to the degree of 'mania', leading with an initial feeling of pleasure, but subsequently brings problems even in everyday life, due to the dependence that is created - can develop into everything, can - one mania displaces another and to create the impression of curing an addiction, for example, the alcoholic who becomes an orthorexic and fitness maniac, examples many. Periods in which there is no 'mania' are depressing, due to the lack of feelings that mania brings us, especially in the beginning, when we see and receive only the positives. Such a way of life is erratic and dangerous, it creates problems not only for you, but also for the people around you (if you have long relationships and acquaintances at all). Balance ... be happy with the little one, know when and where to stop. Understand that nothing and no one will make you happier or happier,
