Then the young performers sang other people's songs, which, however, did not prevent a resounding success - Kolya and Lesha quickly became the favorites of the entire camp, and there was simply no end to the young fans.

However, the fate of Nikolai was not decided at that moment: he had too many hobbies, in addition to music, and he could not make the final choice for a long time. Timofeev changed the track and field section to boxing and hockey, played football in the yard, attended projectionist courses, went in for shooting, and read poetry from the stage. Among the school activists, Nikolai was in the forefront, for which the teachers sometimes even overestimated his marks - the exact sciences were not given to the future artist.

After school, Timofeev went to a local university to master the specialty of an energy engineer. He chose the university on the advice of a friend - Ryzhov had already studied there. The guys created the group again and soon took 1st place in the ensemble competition.

Performing at city discos, they received modest fees and set them aside for the purchase of the necessary equipment and instruments. At one of these events, the group acquired a new name: during the performance, the lights suddenly turned off, and the musicians, not at a loss, announced: "Calm down, we are a disco Accident!" (before that the guys called themselves "Fire extinguisher").

In 1992, Oleg Zhukov joined the duet of Alexei and Nikolai. Alexey Serov joined the group 4 years later, after the release of his debut album "Dance with me". Then Timofeev already wrote his own songs, but none of his early works were included in the collective's repertoire.
