Nikolai Noskov spent more than half of his life on stage and over the years he realized one thing - you have to sing with your heart, you have to do your work well. He can perform a thug composition, but he will not do it in public, since as an artist he has long found both his themes and his original musical language.

Nikolai was born in January 1956 in a large family in the small town of Gzhatsk. The parents of the future singer had to work hard to feed such a large family: in addition to little Kolya, four more children were raised in the family. Father Ivan Alexandrovich worked at a local meat-packing plant, while mother Ekaterina Konstantinovna went to milking early in the morning, and then went to work on a construction site. The real authority and respect of the future musician was enjoyed by his father, who possessed an unbending character and taught his son never to give up.

When the boy was 8 years old, the family moved to Cherepovets. Here Nikolai went to school, where he took up creative work - he participated in matinees and school performances, and at one time tried to sing in the local choir. When Ivan asked his son why he decided to give up his hobby, Nikolai seriously replied that he prefers to perform solo.

A button accordion, which his parents had once bought for his elder brother, was solemnly handed over to the boy. In the future, Noskov also, without any help, mastered playing the piano, guitar, drums and trumpet. The first musical recognition came to the guy at the age of 14, then he successfully performed at the regional competition of young talents of Russia, taking 1st place.

Nikolai dreamed of connecting life with music, but the head of the family thought otherwise. The son first had to get on his feet, master a serious and demanded profession, for example, an engineer, and only then devote time to a hobby. Therefore, after graduating from high school, Noskov entered a vocational technical school as an electrician. Having gained useful skills, the guy began to sing in local restaurants. Nikolai got into the music industry thanks to the "Peers" group and a friend who solemnly declared to the artistic director that all 15 members of the ensemble were useless, unlike a talented guy named Noskov. The artistic director, amazed by such impudence, became interested in Nikolai and asked to give him his Moscow phone number.

The musician arrived in Moscow and dialed the coveted number, in response he heard an invitation to perform. The guy from the station rushed to the "Rosconcert", and in the evening went to the festival "Young to Young".
