I have a disgusting neighbor who the whole block hates. He was constantly making jokes and now he had the idea to cut down a big (very old) tree in front of the block because "he was making noise on the car". I'm sure he doesn't have any permission for that, especially if he hasn't consulted the others on the block. Tell me where to go to complain and what the consequences may be for him - fine, .... Read the law on condominiums, you have the right with a decision of the general meeting to evict him. You need 75% consent.
